A stone honeycomb/PVC panel, also known as a stone composite panel or stone honeycomb sandwich panel, is a construction material that combines the aesthetic beauty of natural stone with the lightweight and structural advantages of a honeycomb core.
 

The panel typically consists of a thin layer of natural stone, such as marble, granite, or limestone, bonded to a honeycomb core made of aluminum or fiberglass or plastic or other material like PVC. The honeycomb core is composed of hexagonal cells that provide structural support while minimizing weight.

1.WHAT IS THE COST?
The medallions have a large range of prices. The cost is based upon the complexity of the design, in other words how many pieces of stone it is made from, the density of the design and the background stone and the materials chosen. 


2. CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE?
All of our products are custom made to your specifications. We can make medallions, borders in any size that will meet your request.


3. CAN I CHANGE THE MATERIAL OR COLORS OF A DESIGN?
You can customize the medallions by choosing each stone that we use, or you can give us a color direction such as "colorful" or "rustic" or "monochromatic" and we will create a color rendering of the design for your approval.

5. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place a PO to us by email.

6. WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
Tell us the pattern, size, colors and QTY that you need and we will quote the price. After everything is confirmed, you can send us a PO and wire 30% deposit to us and we will start fabrication.  When the medallion patterns are complete, we will lay them out in our shop to ensure fit on the job site. 

7. HOW IT WILL BE DELIVERED?
The medallions will be packed in wooden crates, sequentially packed and numbered with a corresponding installation diagram. They can be shipped by ocean freight or air freight.
